While many of you are aware of our lovely harbor, there is more to Brooksville! We also have a terrific sanctuary with walking trails, an easy-to-moderate uphill hike, beaches and marshes. www.mainetrailfinder.com/trails/trail/holbrook-island-sanctuary-mainland

Tuesdays are particularly busy in the Harbor, starting with BHM opening at 8:00 AM so everyone can fuel up on coffee, breakfast sandwiches and fresh baked pastry. The United Methodist Church hosts an indoor "priceless yard sale" in their basement where attendees quite literally name the prices on [non]tag sale items from 9:00 AM until early afternoon. A classical recital is held upstair in the church during the sale. Lunch can be had at BHM and there are a number of food vendors at the Farmer's Market. The Farmer's Market runs from 9:30 until noon. In the evening there is live music in the church at 7:00. The shows are free with donations suggested. Buck's Restaurant is open for dinner, seating from 5:30 until 8:30 PM. In the busy months of July-September, reservations are recommended! The Bagaduce Theatre puts on several productions during the summer over in West Brooksville, as well. So, make a day of it and tell your friends to "Meet me at The Market"!
